DIGITAL PURCHASE TERMS.

These terms cover Out of Hell digital editions, including EPUB downloads, offered by Rainbow Black Comics, LLC directly and through authorized retailers. The retailer’s terms also apply to purchases made through its service and govern its checkout, delivery, access and refund process. Nothing here overrides those terms or your mandatory consumer rights.

For purchases directly from us, including through Linktree with payments processed through Stripe, Rainbow Black Comics, LLC is the seller responsible for customer support, refunds and applicable obligations. For bookstore purchases, refer to your receipt and the retailer’s terms to identify the seller.

Your purchase includes only the digital issue(s) and file format or reading access specified in the listing. No physical book will be shipped. An EPUB listing includes the listed EPUB file(s); bookstore editions may instead be supplied through the store’s reading service. Future issues and additional content are not included unless expressly listed.

Some issues may also be available to read online for free. Purchasing an EPUB does not provide exclusive story access or bonus content unless specifically stated.

Digital delivery takes place after successful payment according to the listing and the service used for your purchase. For Linktree purchases, follow the download instructions from Linktree and in your purchase email. Save a copy of any EPUB file supplied to you.

For purchases through Apple Books, Amazon or Google Play Books, follow that platform’s instructions to access your edition. File formats, download options, account requirements and access rules vary by service. A bookstore purchase does not necessarily include a separate EPUB file or access on another platform.

Downloaded EPUB files require a suitable EPUB reading app or device. Bookstore editions require a reader supported by that store. Support for illustrated books and their layouts varies between readers.

Check the listing and the retailer’s compatibility requirements before purchasing. Contact us if you are unsure about an EPUB supplied directly by us.

Digital editions are for personal, noncommercial reading. Downloading and use are subject to the rights included with your purchase and the applicable retailer’s terms. Copyright remains with the relevant rights holders.

Unauthorized redistribution, public uploading, resale and commercial exploitation are prohibited. This does not restrict uses permitted by applicable law or sharing features expressly authorized by the retailer and rights holders.

For failed downloads, corrupted files or an incorrect issue purchased directly from us, email orders@claytoncrain.com with your purchase email address, order reference and a description of the problem. Include your reading app and device if relevant.

For our direct sales, we will help restore delivery or provide the correct, working file without an additional charge. For bookstore delivery, account or billing problems, contact that retailer first; you can also contact us about content problems. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to a replacement, price reduction, refund or another remedy.

For purchases directly from Rainbow Black Comics, LLC, including Linktree purchases, we do not offer voluntary refunds or cancellations for a change of mind. Please check the issue(s), format and compatibility requirements before purchasing.

For purchases through Apple Books, Amazon, Google Play Books or another retailer, request cancellations or refunds through that retailer under its applicable policy. Our direct-sale policy does not override any refund rights it provides.

This policy does not limit cancellation rights, refunds or other remedies required by applicable law, including rights relating to files that are not delivered, faulty or not as described.

Payment or downloading alone does not automatically waive statutory cancellation rights. Any legally required consent to immediate digital supply and acknowledgement of losing cancellation rights must be obtained through the purchase process.
