Why are items being removed from my cart before I can purchase?

Placing items in your cart does not reserve them from the stock. The items do not get removed from stock until the entire order is completed and payment is made.

 

My order was cancelled, why?

We reserve the right to cancel any purchase made on the site if we suspect fraud or bot purchasing.

 

Do you offer discounts for multiple items?

Claytoncrain.com does not offer discount codes or sales on items.

 

Are signed items guaranteed authentic?

This website is owned by Clayton Crain all items sold here are signed by Clayton and come with a certificate of authenticity.

 

When will I receive my item?

Order processing times vary by each release and in stock items. All estimated ship times are located in the descriptions of each individual items. Please note that in stock orders can take up to two weeks to ship. If the item is a pre-order estimated times are located in the description. CGC graded copies and signed copies do have extended wait times.

Orders of multiple items will ship when all items are in stock. If you order a preorder you are encouraged to place a separate order for in stock items to avoid extended wait times.

Tracking numbers are sent out when the orders begin the shipping process. Please note a label printed does not mean the item is ready to be shipped. We handle hundreds of orders at once and the process can be lengthy to do it properly.

 

Can my orders be combined?

Changes to orders after they are placed is not allowed. Our system is not designed to combine separate orders.

 

Can I cancel my order?

We encourage you to make your selection carefully at purchase. Please check quantities and signed options before final purchases. All sales are final with claytoncrain.com. A majority of orders are preorders and these items are reserved for purchases as they are placed. Cancelation creates confusion and chaos for other buyers. There are no exceptions to this. In the event a chargeback is opened all orders will be canceled and you will be removed from purchasing online or at any in person event.

 

What shipping company do you use?

Each order is carefully packaged and shipped out the most cost effective way at the time of shipping. This could be UPS, USPS or on rare events FEDEX.

 

My order is damaged/wrong what do I do?

All orders are shipped with care and with the best possible supplies for our industry. In the rare event your order is incorrect or damaged we need the following. Pictures of the order; Pictures of the shipping box in the case of damage; pictures of the invoice included in the package. Send an email with your order number to: orders@claytoncrain.com

 

Can I get a sketch/commission from Clayton?

Clayton has an intense schedule that does not allow time for at home commissions. You are welcome to check the appearance schedule and visit Clayton in person. We encourage you to arrive early to check availability of in person commissions as it varies every show.

 

Will Clayton appear at my shop or comic con?

For appearance booking please reach out to orders@claytoncrain.com to inquire.

 

I want Clayton to do a cover for my shops exclusive, how do we make that happen?

Any collaboration for shop exclusives or con exclusives should be made directly through the publisher. The Crain Team will not discuss variant opportunities outside of the publishers.
